León e Iparraguirre Abogados is a boutique law firm that was founded with the purpose of providing specialized legal advice in the areas of competition, consumer protection, intellectual property, administrative matters, public and private contracting and insurance law, at both, consulting and litigation in administrative-regulatory, court and in arbitration procedures.

Likewise, we are aware of the importance of preventive advice and thus, we have developed, among our multiple services, the implementation of compliance programs of international scope. As well , being aware that business generation requires permanent support in corporate, labor and tax matters, we provide our clients with legal advice with our highly experience teams on each of the aforementioned practice areas.

For that reason, in León and Iparraguirre we develop an intense pro-bono activity to help different individuals or sectors of our society. Leoon Iparraguire is part of Thomson Reuters Foundation, an entity that manages an international relationship network whose purpose is to generate among its members the adequate environment to provide collaboration to people or institutions that suffer a special level of vulnerability.

Rodrigo es socio fundador de FerradaNehme. She is a Senior Associate at Delmar Ugarte Abogados, where she specialized in the areas of Labor Consultancy and Labor Litigation between the years 2014 and 2016. She was previously in charged of the Labor Area at Lazo, De Romaña & Gagliuffi Abogados from 2010 to 2013.

Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima (2013), with a Master's degree in the Regulation of Public Services and Management of Infrastructure at Universidad del Pacífico (2017).

She was an Associate of Luis Echecopar García Abogados (associated with Baker & McKenzie International) between 2013 and 2017 in the Regulatory Area, providing legal advice on personal data protection and regulatory advice to companies in the telecommunications sector.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES

In the area of private contracting, we advise our clients on the design of the most convenient contractual schemes for the development of their economic activities, by regulating their commercial relations in a clear and efficient manner.

In addition, our firm has an extensive experience in labor law, offering advice on all kinds of issues related to labor consulting, immigration procedures, intervention in administrative proceedings before labor authorities, as well as all kinds of legal matters before the Labor Courts, Superior Courts, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court. We also advise our clients in the planning of personnel hiring and in the design of remuneration and social benefits structures, among other aspects related to the efficient management of labor costs.

INSURANCE

Additionally, we advise our clients to design strategies for commercializing insurance products in the market. ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUREAUCRATIC BARRIERS

León e Iparraguirre Abogados provides advice on processing of authorizations, permits and licenses issued by Government bodies (Ministries, Municipalities and any public agency) for the development of various economic activities. In addition, we perform the defense required by the companies in the scope of any sanctioning procedure initiated by the Public Administration in its roll of supervisor. Likewise, our firm advises important companies in providing legal advise to overcome bureaucratic barriers, with the purpose of eradicating illegal or irrational obstacles implemented by the different entities of the Public Administration in order to obtain permits and licenses to develop commercial activities.
